If you're new to the site and reading this for the first time, both Melissa and I want to thank you for visiting our corner of the world wide web. I guess this is what they are calling "e-commerce", but we don't actually have anything for sale at this site (please put your credit card away). If you know about and would like to order some tasty cookies, cakes, or cupcakes, please email or call Melissa to place an order. If you haven't had one of our special treats, sit back and cruise the site. When you get a sweet tooth, we'll be here waiting.Just a Mom Confections is a retail bakery located in Windsor, California, about 65 miles north of San Francisco. A delivery charge may apply if you are ordering from outside the immediate area. We don't currently have a storefront, but that doesn't mean you can't have delicious confections for your party or special event. We don't currently ship any of our items, but they have been counted as a "carry on item" from time to time. As the name notes, this is a "mom" and pop business. It doesn't hurt that these goodies are attractive, but they are definitely tasty. In my professional line of work I get questioned a lot as to why I did something a particular way, but I was recently told by a "critic" that he'll never question anything I do ever again. After trying a sample, he said "if you are smart enough to marry a woman that can bake cupcakes like that, then I have no reason to question your judgment ever again." Needless to say, my coworkers have grown accustomed to being the official tasters for Just a Mom Confections. This is important, because if I don't take these to work I would easily weigh over 300 pounds. |
